The holders of personal data may revoke consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, provided that this is not prevented by a legal or contractual provision. To this end, the University of los Andes has mechanisms for the presentation of queries and claims by the following means:

It should be borne in mind that there are two (2) modalities in which the revocation of consent can occur:
Total revocation: it may be on the totality of the consented purposes, that is, that the University of los Andes must completely stop processing the data of the holder.
Partial revocation: it may occur on certain types of processing, such as advertising or market research purposes.
Please note: With the partial revocation of consent, other purposes of the processing that the University, in accordance with the granted authorization can carry out and with which the holder agrees, are kept safe.
