Once the information related to requests made to the University has been received, there will be a maximum term of fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day following the date of your request, consultation or claim, to attend to it. When it is not possible to meet your request within the aforementioned term, the University will inform the holder of the reasons for the delay and the date on which your claim will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term.
