Complaints

The Holder or his successors in title who consider that the information contained in a database should be corrected, updated or deleted, or when they notice the alleged breach of any of the duties contained in the Law, may file a claim with the University of los Andes, channeling it and sending it through the designated agency.

The holder may file a claim, taking into account the information referred to in article 15 of Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that modify, add, regulate or repeal it.
